Together, we’ll build out a map of your current situation and chart the path to your holistic success, so you have a plan for what comes next.
Creating your Entrepreneurial Talent Profile is the first step toward overcoming obstacles, shifting focus areas, and unleashing consistent performance for meaningful impact in your venture.
How does it work?
It’s a three-part process. First, we’ll send you a 10-minute assessment that comprises a behavioural profile and a personal report. Once you’ve completed this, you’ll get invited to a session with Alessandro. He’ll take you through your results and walk you through the insights and potential strategic outcomes of your distinct Entrepreneurial Talent Profile. The last bit: applying the learnings to your daily life!

Alessandro De Giacomo, founder of Lobster Coaching, has lived, learned, and worked across Europe and the UK since 2010. He’s changed industries, been coached, travelled Oceania for half a year, taken up scuba diving and photography, and went back to school to get another degree.
In addition to running his coaching business, Alessandro believes in doing his part to help overcome today’s social and environmental challenges in a positive and sustainable manner.
